Rejections happen. The engineer who fixed last year's App Store 5.1.1 rejection on the paywall screen is now on a different team. The PR that fixed it is six months deep in the history. The reviewer's email is in a shared inbox nobody searches. Six months from now, a refactor innocently removes the fix and the same rejection comes back — this time delaying a launch.

A rejection suite prevents this. Every past rejection becomes a spec. The spec runs on every PR. If the behavior regresses, CI fails before the binary reaches App Store Connect.
